This meat is from one of our "out of program" animals. This beef had to be treated during its lifetime requiring a dose of antibiotics. All animals are healthy at time of slaughter, and have long passed the needed withdrawal time for all the medication to leave the animal's body and tissues.

Natural Skirt Steak

Skirt Steak - $6.50/lb

Tender outside skirt steak cut from the bottom of the ribs. Comes boneless. Perfect cut for Philly Steak sandwiches or Fajitas! This cut cooks quickly. For best results cook to medium and slice thin against the grain. 1 large steak per package that weighs 1-4 pounds.

Skirt steak can be tough if over cooked! Pan sear or grill over high heat for 3-5 min. (Use a meat thermometer to ensure safe cooking temp.) Cut against the grain for best experience!
Natural tri tip steak

Tri Tip Steak - $9.50/lb

Large thick flavorful marbled cut of steak. This triangle shaped lean steak is from the bottom of the sirloin. Perfect for sharing. Best cooked slow. Slice it against the grain to ensure the meat is tender. Package contains 1 large 2-6 pound steak.

Perfect for a family meal or party. Large portion is perfect when cooked to med-rare. Slice against the grain and share! The thick portion of the steak will stay more med-rare and the thinner portion will cook to a medium or med-well. Perfect for all!
Natural KC strip steak

KC Strip Steak - $18.50/lb

1.5" thick high quality steak. With a bit of marbling this steak has excellent flavor and is a favorite of meat lovers. Most packages contain 2 steaks and weigh 1-4 pounds total.

Season the steak and allow to reach room temp for best cooking results. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the results you want! Allowing the meat to rest for at least 5 min before eating!
Natural filet mignon steak

Filet - $22.50/lb

Tender and flavorful steak. This small steak is a very tender cut that is highly prized! Most packages contain 2 steaks and weigh 1-3 pounds total.

Simple seasoning of salt and pepper is all that is needed. This super tender cut has excellent flavor. Be sure you allow the meat to rest before cutting in.
Natural Ribeye Steak

Ribeye Steak Bone-In - $21.50/lb

1.5" bone in steak cut from the rib area. High in flavor and the bone helps retain moisture during cooking. Most packages contain 2 steaks and weight 1-5 pounds total.

Season and do not be afraid to use salt. It will help maintain moisture during cooking. When checking the temp of the steak during cooking avoid the bone!
Natural T bone steak

T-Bone Steak - $23.50/lb

1.5" thick steak made up of the KC Strip and the Filet cut from the short loin. Excellent flavor and fat marbling. If you need a steak for a special occasion to impress- THIS is it! Package generally contains 2 steaks.

Allow the meat to reach room temp prior to cooking. The steaks must rest for at least 5 min prior to cutting. Pan Sear to start and finish in the oven is a good alternative to grilling.

Natural short ribs specialty cut beef

Short Ribs - $8.50/lb

Approximately 6-8 beef short ribs per package. Comes with bone in. This cut of meat is full of beefy flavor like a chuck roast, but marbling like a rib steak. Will stay moist during cooking.

Ribs can be braised for hours in the oven, Instapot, or crock pot. These are so good when grilled like a steak. Brush with a favorite sauce during the end of grilling time. Always use a meat thermometer.

Lean Ground Beef 1-2 Pound Package - $5.50/lb

0.9-2.4 pounds of 90/10 lean ground beef

For best flavor thaw in the refrigerator and season early in the cooking process.

Soup Bones - $4.00/lb

Natural Chuck Roast specialty cut beef

Chuck Roast - $5.50/lb

Chuck Roast is a tender and marbled portion of meat cut from the upper shoulder/neck portion of the cow. Each package contains 1 roast approximately 4 pounds.

Excellent roast cooked for sandwiches, shredded, or Sunday crock pot meat and veggies! And the veggies during the second half of cooking to avoid soggy veggies.
