Roasted Garlic Steak Butter

Steak butter or compound butter is a quick and simple way to build even more flavor and keep your steak juicy. Adding in roasted garlic and fresh herbs makes it even better.

Fire roasted garlic

Start by choosing our tender and flavorful Natural Filet Mignon, top with this butter, and enjoy the best steak you’ve ever eaten

1 stick of softened butter
6 cloves roasted garlic
2 sprigs of chopped rosemary
3 sprigs of finely chopped parsley
Fresh ground pepper
2 Filet Mignon

Herbs, garlic, salt and pepper, butter on cutting board

Use roasted garlic to make a smooth paste, and add to softened butter.
Add in herbs and salt and pepper.
Stir to a blended, smooth consistency.
Drop onto cheesecloth, plastic wrap, or in a baggie.
Form into a round/log shape.
Refrigerate until ready for use.
Slice to top steaks.
Save the rest.
